Anyone can ask to see the information we hold about the contaminated land that we own and maintain.

You will need:

We may not be able to show you all the information because there are some restrictions from the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Local Government Act 1972, Part V (a).
Responses will be returned within 20 working days of receipt of full payment and/or any further particulars required, subject to any extension time the council may be entitled to under the regulations.
Charges
The total charge will be dependant upon the quantity of information that requires collating and a quote will be required to ascertain this. We charge £64.35 per hour but there is no VAT on this service.
We reserve the right to refund payment, full or in part, if any information is withheld in accordance with the regulations.
