About the development
Owned and managed by Southampton City Council, Potters Court will provide:
- 83 fully self-contained flats
- Communal facilities where residents from the complex and the wider community can meet and enjoy events and activities
- The privacy and independence of your own flat with the reassurance of on-site support and 24-hour care
Among its features, Potters Court will benefit from a modern design, external landscaping and a communal courtyard, plus a range of energy-efficiency measures, including solar panels, LED lighting and electrical car charging points.
How to apply
To apply to live at Potters Court you must submit a Housing Register application.
Once you have done this, and your application has been verified, you’ll then be able to use Homebid (our lettings system) to express an interest in a Potters Court home.
