Tenants’ Link - It’s your magazine

This monthly e-magazine is just for tenants and leaseholders and so we are always keen to hear your feedback and receive your suggestions for future articles. It’s just one of the ways you can get involved to influence the Housing Service you receive.

We want to make sure that you find Tenants’ Link interesting and informative, and so we conducted a survey at the recent tenants’ conference asking for opinions. Thank you to everyone who provided useful feedback, and we will be using your comments to help shape future issues.

If you have an idea for Tenants’ Link or would like to see you and your neighbours or your local community featured, please let us know. You could even win a fantastic prize if we publish your suggestion. Are you involved with a community group or planning a neighbourhood event or activity that we could promote?  Do you have any top tips to share with other Tenants Link readers? Send us your cleaning or household hacks, your inside knowledge about local places of interest or even your local history knowledge.

Helping to shape what goes in Tenants’ Link is just one of the ways that you can influence the housing service you receive. There are lots of other ways to make your voice heard – from becoming a Tenant Inspector to put our services under the spotlight, joining the Repairs Panel to tell us how we can improve the repairs and maintenance service, sitting on the Tenant Resource Group to look at how the housing budget is spent, signing up for the Tenant Scrutiny Panel to challenge us on whether the Housing Service is meeting targets, or joining your local forum to raise concerns in your neighbourhood.

For more details about these tenant groups and the many other ways that you can get involved with us please just email our Tenant Engagement Team, call 023 8083 3185 contact your Local Housing Office or complete our online form.
