Invitation to tender for Cobbett Road Hub & Library building

Final call for community, not-for-profit, voluntary and faith organisations in Southampton to consider taking over the running of Cobbett Road Hub & Library with a renewed community offer

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the previous community partner made the difficult and sad decision to withdraw from the provision of a range of community and library offers. 

Councillor Toqeer Kataria, Cabinet Member for Communities and Customer Engagement comments:

“We are looking for organisations and partners who have the vision and experience to provide a renewed offer that will benefit the local community to take over the running of Cobbett Road Hub & Library. If there any community groups, or organisations looking to expand, or move to a premises within the local area, please do express your interest.”
