Roundhill Close

Roundhill Close

Background

Plot one, 46 Roundhill Close, was the first plot to be developed as part of the regeneration of Townhill Park. 56 new homes were built, of which 50 were flats and six were three-bedroom houses. The project completed in 2019.

In 2021, the council carried out building surveys and found that there were issues whilst repairing a damaged communal door. The door needed replacing which led to other communal areas being checked and needing correcting.

Since then, the council has been working hard with the contractor Drew Smith to rectify the works themselves. The works to 46 Roundhill Close remain ongoing.
