Year 6: Moderation, Standardisation and Testing

New date will be added once scheduled.

Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on maths teaching in Year 6 with a presentation from the Maths Hub, focusing on planning and teaching the different content domains.

Delegates will explore the key messages from the updated Reading Framework and implications for teaching in year 6 as well as unpicking the different question domains that appear within the reading SATs paper. Delegates will then hear how a group of Southampton schools are applying this to their planning and teaching in year 6.
