Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) Mainstream Cluster Funding Pilot referral summary
Any referrals to the Cluster will need to be sent at least one week in advance of the meeting via Anycomms to the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team marked as "SEND Cluster Pilot". The table below summarises the paperwork needed to support the referral and how the funding will be managed if the request is successful:
