Join our Culture Club for Families

If you are booking children and family activities and workshops at our venues, you’ll be pleased to know that if you buy six, you’ll get a seventh free with our Culture Club for Families scheme.

All you need to do is signup to our weekly Culture Vulture email newsletter, to keep you up to date on all the latest events and activities in Southampton. And pick up your loyalty card from the front desk at one of our venues:

  • SeaCity Museum
  • Tudor House and Garden
  • Southampton City Art Gallery

You’ll need to get your loyalty card stamped each time you attend a workshop. To redeem, take your full card to one of the venue's front desks, staff will take your details and the free activity you would like to join. Our admin team will then contact you with confirmation of your booking.

Loyalty scheme terms and conditions

  1. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with cause 16 below, govern your membership of the Southampton City Council Culture Loyalty Scheme (the “Loyalty Scheme”) and the use of your Loyalty Scheme membership card (the “Loyalty Card”) and by requesting a Loyalty Card you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.   2. The Loyalty Scheme is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or over and resident in the United Kingdom. The Loyalty Scheme is not open to businesses, companies, partnerships, corporations, unincorporated associations or the like and the Council shall have absolute discretion to reject requests for membership of the Loyalty Scheme. Only one membership of the Loyalty Scheme per person
  3. Membership of the Loyalty Scheme and use of the Loyalty Card is personal to the named card holder and cannot be shared or transferred
  4. To join the Loyalty Scheme, your Loyalty Card (physical copy) will be issued to you, on request, at the reception of any of our venues: SeaCity Museum, Southampton City Art Gallery or Tudor House and Garden (subject to availability)
  5. If you lose your Loyalty Card we can re-issue you with a new one at no cost, however we cannot reinstate stamps you may have had on the one you lost. You must notify the Council of any changes to your details
  6. The loyalty card will have six spaces where stamps can be collected
  7. One stamp can be collected for every paid-for children or family learning activity ticket for activities at any of our three venues – SeaCity Museum, Tudor House and Gardens or Southampton City Art Gallery (one stamp per person). After booking, you can collect a stamp by visiting the reception of any of our venues (SeaCity Museum, Southampton City Art Gallery or Tudor House and Garden) on the day of your family activity only and show proof of purchase
  8. Once you have collected six stamps, this can be used to book one singular children’s activity or one singular family learning activity ticket only, up to the value of £10, and the completed loyalty scheme card must be presented at point of sale. You can make this booking at the reception of any of our venues: SeaCity Museum, Southampton City Art Gallery or Tudor House and Garden
  9. Stamps cannot be earned against a purchase when that purchase is made by redeeming stamps. The Council may withhold stamps where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. Stamps may not be exchanged for cash and have no cash value
  10. Once your have redeemed your free family learning activity we will retain your completed Loyalty Card and we will re-issue you with a new Loyalty Card
  11. Copied, damaged or defaced Loyalty Cards will not be accepted at any time
  12. A family learning activity booking is classed as a single paid for ticket to a children’s or family activity
  13. Parents/carers can collect stamps on one loyalty card for multiple children and themselves
  14. We reserve the right to stop the Loyalty Scheme at any time. In this case – we will update this webpage 30 days in advance of the scheme’s closure and also issue information through our social media channels and Culture Vulture email newsletter
  15. We reserve the right to change the Loyalty Scheme terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of any changes on this webpage and via social media and Culture Vulture email newsletter 30 days in advance of the change
  16. The Loyalty Card is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion
  17. Your space is secured once you have heard from our team with confirmation of your booking
