Sign up for garden waste collection
You can now sign up to a year's subscription for collections every fortnight until 31 March 2024 (excluding a two-week break after Christmas 2023, dates to be confirmed).

How to subscribe

After signing up, you can check collection days on the bin collection calendar. Garden waste collection days will only show on the calendar after your bin is delivered.
If you are already signed up by Direct Debit and wish to continue receiving garden waste collections then you don't need to take any further action. The full annual amount will come out of your account in the week following 1 April 2023.
Due to ongoing improvements in garden waste collection, existing customers may see a change in their collection day. Please refer to the bin collection calendar to confirm your collection day.
If the service is not renewed by 1 May 2023, the bin will be removed from your property.

Once you have renewed your garden waste subscription
You can check your collection dates. If no garden waste collection dates appear, please email email@example.com. For new subscriptions, the collection dates will appear in the collection calendar once your bin has been delivered. Your bin will be delivered within five working days of subscribing. If you do not receive your bin, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Cancellations and queries
If you have a query or decide that you no longer wish to subscribe to the service, please contact email@example.com.
On cancellation, your bin will be collected. Please note, as per the terms and conditions, there are no refunds or part refunds for the cancellation of this service part way through the year. Read the Garden waste collection - terms and conditions.
