We are delighted to hear from people willing to offer their time to volunteer with us.

Referral order panel member (role)

Young people usually receive a referral order when sentenced in court for the first time. They will need to work with a community panel to address why they offended and to consider the impact their actions will have had on their victim, the community and themselves. You will work with a panel colleague and a member of our team to agree a contract with the young person, their parent/carer and often the victim. The contract will say what the young person will do to make amends to their victim or the local community.

Full support and training are provided for this role.

We are also interested to hear from organisations or members of the public who may have ideas or interest in work that supports children and young people who offend.
