Making it easier to access our online services – important information for MySouthampton customers

We’re always looking for ways to make our website and online services easier and more convenient to use. That’s why you can now access our forms straight from the website without the need to log into or open a MySouthampton account

As you will no longer need a MySouthampton account to fill out a council form we are closing down MySouthampton from 31 December 2021.

If you normally use your MySouthampton account to access the following services you will receive an email explaining how to reset your password and log onto a new, easy to use system:

  • Council Tax: View and manage your bills online, sign up and amend Direct Debits and report a change of address
  • Housing Benefits: Check your current award for Housing Benefit and Council Tax support, view payments and receive notification of any changes to your award and view them online
  • Business Rates: Receive notification of bills and view them online and sign-up and amend your Direct Debit details

Don’t worry you will still be able to access all these services above, but you no longer need to log into your MySouthampton account to do so.
