Prepaid parking card
A prepaid parking card, otherwise known as a decrementing card, can be used in Grosvenor Square, Bedford Place, Marlands, and Eastgate barrier controlled multi-storey car parks (MSCPs).

There are two types of card:
- Decrementing card which operates in Grosvenor Square and Bedford Place MSCPs with a 20% discount
- Decrementing card which operates in Marlands and Eastgate MSCPs without any discount
You can buy a card pre-loaded with an initial value. Cards can be topped-up in £10 increments using pay stations in the barrier controlled MSCPs. You will need a credit or debit card to top-up your card.
The card has a life span of five years.
