Properties in Southampton with storage for bins should have a:

Properties without storage for bins will be given rolls of sacks instead (these are delivered twice a year). You can request waste sacks from us.

If you believe your bin is missing, before reporting this to us please check:

Whether your bin has been moved away from your normal collection point
If your bin has been accidentally claimed by one of your neighbours
The surrounding areas carefully in case your bin has been returned to the wrong property
