Bedbugs

Important: Please note that Bedbugs infestations can be very complex, this is why a mandatory initial survey is undertaken. The pest control officer will advise you and leave you with documentation regards preparation needed prior to any treatment. Please also note that with some infestations further courses of treatment may be required, the Pest control Officer will do their best to guide you on this. Any additional courses of treatment will incur further charge as per below.

1. All the above charges include a £75.00 visit charge. If the customer misses an appointment or they no longer require a treatment after a visit has been made, the service reserves the right to levy the visit charge
2. Acceptable payment methods: Payment in advance via credit card or debit card. This service does not accept cash
3. Premiums (outside normal office hours, subject to staffing availability):
   • Weekdays (between 5pm and 8am) – Total cost plus 50%
   • Saturdays – Total cost plus 50%
   • Sundays – Total cost plus 100%
