Cranbury Place conservation area
Cranbury Place Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan, was prepared after a period of public consultation between 18 June 2013 and 5 August 2013, including a public meeting held on 18 June 2013. The revised document was approved by Cabinet on 19 November 2013.
Rockstone Lane Area Article 4 Direction. On 22 January 2014, Southampton City Council made an Article 4 Direction on properties in the Rockstone Lane Area (site notice available below). It was proposed that this would come into force on 1 May 2014 following a public consultation between 24 January 2014 and 7 March 2014. Some objections were received during the consultation. The Article 4 Direction was confirmed by Cabinet on 15 July 2014 and came into force on 20 January 2016. A copy of the confirmed Article 4 Direction is available below.
