Entitlement

For residents to park in specified zones during restricted hours. 

Visitors scratch cards

Visitors scratch cards can be purchased by residents who live in a numbered residents' permit zone, for the use of visitors of residents.

• Each scratch card can be used only once
• Scratch off the day and month for the date that the scratch card is being used
• Write the registration number of the vehicle in which the scratch card is to be displayed in the box provided
• Finally, seal it using the laminate cover and display it in the vehicle so that it can be clearly seen

Costs

• Zone 1-12 and 15-16 Residents' Permit (annual) – £30
• Zone 1-12 and 15-16 Residents' Permit (3 month temporary) – £15
• Zone 1-12 and 15-16 Residents' Annual visitors permit – £30
• Zone 1-12 and 15-16 Residents' Visitors scratch cards (book of 10) – £6
