Season ticket guidance: Anytime

For anyone wishing to park in selected car parks in the city centre, including the multi-storey car parks (MSCPs). You can apply for an anytime season ticket, valid all-day everyday.

Your vehicle must not:

• Exceed five metres in length
• Weigh more than 3.5 tonnes
• Be adapted to carry more than eight passengers, excluding the driver (not drawing a trailer)
• Be a motorcycle

How many season tickets can I apply for?

The number of season tickets per household is not restricted and up to two registration numbers can be added to the season ticket.

In which car parks can I use this season ticket?

Paper season tickets can be used in any of the car parks listed in car park list C. Paper season tickets will not allow access to a barrier controlled car park.

Always check the signs for information about parking restrictions.

How much do season tickets cost?

A season ticket valid for:

• Three months costs £325
• Six months costs £600
• A year costs £1,150

An overnight season ticket valid for a year costs £160.

What happens after I apply?

Please allow five working days for the season ticket to be posted to you. If you need it sooner than this, you can still complete application online. Once you have submitted and paid for your application, you will to need visit Gateway on the same day to collect your ticket. Please have your application reference number or receipt to hand when you visit.

If you are not able to collect on the same day but do not wish us to post the season ticket, please call the Parking team to let us know. We will hold onto the season ticket until you are ready to collect it.

Lost or damaged season tickets

An administration charge will be made to replace a lost or damaged season ticket.

Refunds

Refunds will no longer be offered on season tickets issued after 1 April 2019.

Warning

Misuse of a season ticket is fraud. We will investigate all reports of the misuse of permits.

Section 115 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act, 1984

Provides penalties for any person who makes a false statement to obtain a season ticket or with intent to deceive, forges, or alters, or uses, or lends to, or allows to be used, or has in their possession any document so closely resembling any such season ticket as to be calculated to deceive.
