Broadband Installation

Are you waiting for broadband, phone or cable TV installation? Tell us first!

It’s important, if you live in a flat, to let us know in advance that you want to have a phone line, internet or cable TV installed

Please let us know at least a week before the engineer will be visiting so that we can arrange access. If you fail to do so, you may be unable to receive your new phone, broadband or TV service.

You will need to tell us the following information:

  • Date and time of engineer appointment
  • Type of service (for example Sky, Sky Q, broadband, phone line etc.)
  • Your name and address
  • Your contact number

Please contact your Local Housing Office to give us the details so that we can arrange access for the engineer. Alternatively, tower block tenants can send us an email and if you live in a walk up block email us.

In the current cost of living crisis where every penny counts it’s worth checking online first to make sure you get the best deal for your phone, TV or broadband supplier. Use a comparison site to check different deals on offer and remember if you claim benefits such as Universal Credit you may be eligible for a discounted plan such as BT’s Home Essentials tariff.
