The sales of ice creams and other light refreshments in our parks and open spaces is offered on a five-year lease regulated by the ‘Supply Southampton’ process. The current refreshment leases expire in 2021.

Southampton City Council (SCC) will be running a Tender Opportunity to select Operator(s) to provide high quality catering and ancillary services in various parks and open spaces within Southampton. Tenderers will be required to propose a suitable service and to tender for the right of operation within the Council premises and on Council land. The agreement will run for 60 months between January 2022 and December 2027.
