Entitlement
Subject to other conditions, any resident of Alcantara Crescent, Andes Close and Asturias Way is eligible for a permit.
Vehicle eligibility
Subject to other conditions, any resident who keeps and uses a passenger vehicle, adapted to carry not more than 8 passengers excluding the driver (not drawing a trailer) and no more than 5 metres in length or any resident who keeps and uses a goods vehicle of up to 3.5 tonnes maximum gross weight (not drawing a trailer) or any resident who keeps and uses a motorcycle with fewer than three wheels of which the weight un-laden does not exceed 410 kilograms is entitled to a parking permit.
Use of permits
Permits are restricted to a maximum of one per person and a maximum of one per official postal address, and a resident can only have one permit in their name unless they use a car and a motorcycle where a permit may be issued for each.
