Staying active is important for keeping your body and mind well.

Get moving in a way that works for you to help manage stress and anxiety, and make you feel better. It doesn’t have to be sport-related or traditional ‘physical exercise’, it could be:

  • Getting out to the park
  • Going for a walk
  • Joining a community group
  • Doing some gardening or housework

Every movement matters and can have a positive impact on health and wellbeing.
