"My role involves answering phone calls and helping clients when they need assistance. I enjoy talking to people and helping them through whatever situation they're in. That's what I like most about my job.

"My role is to answer emergency alarms for vulnerable members of the Southampton community. I also take calls for the Southampton out of hours service. I find the job very rewarding when arranging the appropriate help for whatever situation may arise, from vulnerable clients who may have fallen and need medical assistance, to sending the gas man to fix a broken boiler!

"In my down time I enjoy going out with friends and family."
