If you do not have access to the internet at home, you can use one of our new self-serve terminals, you can also visit Gateway to speak with an advisor if you require assistance with the following:
- Non urgent Homelessness enquiries
- Requests for a new permit, or to renew an existing permit
- Pay as you Park and Season Tickets
- Suspended bay enquiries
You may be required to wait during busy times so if you would prefer to arrange a specific time, please ring us on 023 8083 2005 to book an appointment.
You can also drop-in to talk about urgent matters such as homelessness and domestic violence. Just speak with one of our friendly floor-walkers on arrival.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) we are currently operating opening hours of 10am - 3pm Monday-Friday.
Safety has been Southampton City Council’s highest priority throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand wearing face masks is now a personal choice. However, we would like to continue to encourage all of our customers to use a face covering when visiting us.
