Southampton Red Card Scheme
The scheme is administered by GO! Southampton, and neither Hampshire Constabulary’s Force Licensing Team nor Southampton City Council, as Licensing Authority, has any involvement in the process in respect of individuals who have been given a Red Card and thus barred from premises participating in the scheme.
