Paperless billing

We have now moved to paperless billing for all our customers.

When you next receive a bill from us you will receive an email with a link to view a PDF copy of this. You can download and save the bill for your records.

Please note, bills are sent when there is a change to your account, for example:

  • You move address
  • Someone moves in or out of your home
  • Your Council Tax Support changes

If you have no changes to your account, you will receive your next bill in March (for the following financial year).

If the e-bill does not show in your email in box, please check your junk inbox.

Opt in or out of paperless billing

If you are still receiving paper bills from us, you can opt in to paperless billing by completing the form at Submit a Council Tax enquiry selecting the option ‘Opt in to paperless Billing’.

If you wish to opt out of paperless billing and continue to receive a paper bill, please complete the form at Submit a Council Tax enquiry selecting the option ‘Opt out of paperless Billing’.

Please note – you will need your Council Tax account number to complete the form. You can find this on your Council Tax bill.
